Minimum stay of a fortnight (14 nights) * August 16th to 30th: €2,000. * September 1st to 15th: €1,650. * September 16th to 30th: €1,350. Prices include the use of the property and its equipment. Inquire about availability and conditions for other dates or longer stays. Important Information: The rental will be formalized through a seasonal lease agreement, in accordance with current legislation. A deposit of €500 will be required, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, once the good condition of the property and its furniture has been verified, deducting only, if applicable, any damage or defects caused. House Rules: Parties, celebrations, farewells, large gatherings, or any activity that may cause annoyance to neighbors are expressly prohibited. Likewise, exceeding the maximum number of authorized occupants, accommodating people not included in the contract, assigning or subletting the property, as well as carrying out annoying, unhealthy, dangerous, or illicit activities are prohibited. Guests must at all times respect the rules of the homeowners' association and neighborly quiet, especially between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted throughout the apartment.
