"Little-Finca Sun" is a small, owner-designed and brand-new built rural house in the quiet north of Lanzarote. Located in Tinajo, La Costa, surrounded by fields with unobstructed sea views, it sits away from tourist centres while remaining close to everything that matters. Supermarkets, bakery, bars and Restaurants. Available for mid-term stays of 1 to 4 months — ideal for remote-working couples or individuals looking for a comfortable, peaceful base on the island. The house blends traditional finca character with modern comfort: natural materials, generous windows, underfloor heating, solar energy and a private rooftop terrace with a 180° panoramic view. We are Cornelia and Gunnar — we designed and built this house ourselves and live right next door. We are there if you need us, and respectfully out of sight otherwise. A note we share upfront: we are currently building our own home directly behind Finca Sun. There can be daytime construction noise on weekdays.
