Here are located the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with exterior windows. The master bedroom, a suite, includes a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two have built-in wardrobes. The house is built with high-quality materials and equipment: Technal aluminum carpentry, security glass with acoustic insulation, and motorized aluminum shutters. The floors combine parquet in the main living room, South African black granite in the kitchen and dining room, Carrara marble in the bathrooms, and wood laminate in the bedrooms and the upper-floor living room.
