Specifications and Finishes FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE The building’s structure consists of reinforced-concrete frames and waffle slabs of the same material. The foundations will be by means of a reinforced-concrete raft slab and diaphragm walls, in accordance with the results obtained from the geotechnical study carried out on the plot. Quality control of the structure will be performed by an independent body. EXTERIOR JOINERY The exterior joinery will have thermal-break profiles and tilt-and-turn, casement or sliding openings, as applicable.
