Second floor without elevator (last floor of the building) and with a room on the roof that I use of storage-laundry and covered clothesline. It has living room with window and balcony to the street. Next to the living room is the full kitchen with Silestone countertop and appliances: ceramic hob, microwave-grill-convection oven, stainless steel refrigerator (2m high) and dishwasher. The kitchen has window to the patio. The bedroom area has 3'5 linear meters of well-finished wooden cabinets and with mirror doors that give a great sense of spaciousness to the house. The lockers are from Ikea so they can be easily customized with items purchased from Ikea. I sell including forniture (except the double bed). The bathroom has a very large 90cm sink, large shower of 130x80cm with screen and a toilet. The bathroom has a roof built so that a space is created as a trunk-storage room over the bathroom, as well as a large shelf over the bed area that serves to store bulky things (it serves as a storage room inside the house). The floor is oak type laminate in living room and bedroom and gray porcelain in bathroom and kitchen. Smooth walls of perlite plaster, aluminum &climalit windows, security door in white lacquered steel. The utility room on the roof has a galvanized steel door and there is the washing machine (not included), covered space for clothlines under lock and serves as a storage room too. The studio has air conditioning hot / cold machine with outside machine on the deck very accessible. The house is cool in summer by the cross ventilation between the facade and the inner courtyard of the community. The community is 65 € per month and includes water consumption.
